Pumpkin Carrot Cake


1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt.

Bake at 350 degrees until done (30 - 40 minutes) When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting and keep refrigerated,

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 cube of softened butter (1/2 cup)
3 oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanill
4 cups powdered sugar
